Personalised Service

1. A VFS officer will meet the applicant at their residence/office by prior appointment.

2. The VFS officer will check the visa application form for completeness and collect all relevant supporting documents, the visa checklist and applicable visa and premium service charges from the applicant and submit the application with the Australian Visa Application Centre in Dubai.

3. After the Australian Consulate has made a decision, the passports will be returned directly to the applicant by VFS.

1. An additional premium of AED 150 per application, subject to maximum of AED 500 per family* is charged for the personalised service in addition to the applicable visa fee & service charges

2. Fees are accepted only in AED (Dhirams) by way of cash.

1. A family is considered as - the applicant and his immediate family members consisting of spouse, children and parents.

2. VFS will only be able to give advice on the visa application submission procedures.

3. VFS will not advise applicants with regards to an applicant's eligibility against the legal criteria for the grant of a visa.

4. Opting for the personalised service will not expedite the visa application process nor guarantee the issue of a visa to the applicant

5. The decision taken by the Australian Consulate General will be final and is the sole prerogative of the Australian Consulate.

6. Personalised service is available only to applicants residing only in Dubai.
