charged a service charge as mentioned below.

cash (If submitting in United Arab Emirates), or by way of
Bank Demand Draft (If submitting in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain,
Qatar, Oman & Kuwait) drawn in favor of "VFS (GCC) LLC " payable in Dubai.
Note: Only bank issued Demand
