Courier service
The visa application centre will courier the Australian Consulate decision on your visa application, documents and passport back to you for an extra fee of (30 Dirhams in UAE, 40 Riyals in Saudi Arabia, 05 Riyals in Oman and 4.5 Dinars in Kuwait) Please enquire about this service when you submit your visa application at one of the VFS service desks.
SMS service - track your application
SMS news updates will be sent to you informing you of the status of your visa application. Once purchased you will receive several automated feedback messages to your mobile phone informing you what stage your application is within the process. The service supports the transfer of SMS text into the language of your choice (Arabic and English languages are available) and re-assures you that your visa application is progressing towards the final stages of the visa application process. At the end of the process you will receive an automated email message (in English only) to your registered email address provided in your application form, informing you that the Australian Consulate has arrived at a decision with regard to your application. You will, however, not be informed on the outcome of this decision.
You can buy this service for (05 Dirhams in UAE, 05 Riyals in Qatar, 06 Riyals in Saudi Arabia, 600 Fils in Bahrain, 600 Baisa in Oman and 0.4 Fils in Kuwait) at the same time you submit your visa application form, supporting documents and biometric data at the visa application centre. Photograph service
Applicants using this service can have their photograph taken at the visa application centre. This will ensure that the photographs meet the Australian Consulate specifications. This service can be bought for an extra fee of (25 Dirhams in UAE, 03 Dinars in Kuwait and 40 Riyals in Saudi Arabia) for 4 passport size photographs.
Photocopying documents
There is a photocopying service at the visa application centre for a fee of (02 Dirhams in UAE, 100 Fils in Kuwait, 02 Riyal in Qatar, 02 Riyal in Saudi Arabia, 200 Fils in Bahrain and 200 Baisa in Oman) for each sheet.
Premium service
The Premium service is available for those customers who would like to experience a dedicated service with individual attention of one of our staff. This service provides the following amenities (which are included in additional fee of (275 Dirhams in UAE, 21 Dinars in Kuwait, 150 Riyals in Qatar, 16 Dinars in Bahrain, 16 Riyals in Oman and 280 Riyals in Saudi Arabia):

Important note: Your visa will be processed and decided by the Australian Consulate General in Dubai. Using the premium service does not mean that your visa will be processed faster.

Prime time appointment
The Prime time appointment service is mainly aimed to facilitate working professional and business executives who would prefer to apply outside of their own normal working hours. Prime time appointment bookings allow applicants to make an appointment at the Abu Dhabi or Dubai visa application centre at a convenient time, outside of normal business hours, at a cost of AED
180.00 for each appointment, plus the visa fee.
How to apply for the service

Prime time appointments will be operated strictly under an appointment system online through the VFS website and offline only through email. |

For offline booking applicants will be given a confirmation of appointment which will have the booking reference number, the applicant’s name and passport number and details of the date and time of the appointment. Applicants will be required to bring a print out of this confirmation when they come to the VAC to submit their application. |

For online bookings, applicants are given the option to book an appointment with the visa application centre by selecting the prime time option from the drop down list available from the Book an appointment page. Prime time appointment slots will be allocated as per the table below |
