passport tracking. If you have queries or status tracking
enquiry, you should mark it to the attention of the Customer
Service Team.

to our Applicants. If you have complaints, feedback or
suggestions; we would like to know about it as soon as
possible. We shall acknowledge promptly and ensure a
comprehensive and timely redress of your voice to the best of
our ability. We will take your complaints/ suggestions and
feedback seriously and will revert to you within 2 working
days. If we cannot give you a complete reply within the
stipulated timeframe then we will keep you posted on the
tentative date and time of revert and the status of
progress.
