Change in visa fees with effect from July 1st 2009              Effective 1st July 2008 , Passports submitted for Visa Evidencing through the Australian Visa Application Centre / Counters will be charged a service charge              Recently an organisation has come to the attention of the Australian Government purporting to provide assistance in the skilled migration stream to Australia and falsely claiming affiliation to an Australian Government Authority.       Applicants contacted by such organisations seeking money are asked to exercise caution and check for authentication of such organisations through the Migration Agents Registration Authority website www.themara.com.au
